Hops

Hops are the flowers of the Humulus lupulus and are naturally Gluten Free. Hops add Flavor and Aroma to beer and have Anti Bacterial qualities adding to the stability of beer. Flavor and aroma varies by strain but includes Bitterness, Fruity, Floral, Pine, Herbal, Spice… the list goes on and on.
