Beautiful Hazy IPA.

GLUTEN FREE HAZY CENTENNIAL IPA!

Malts:

7lbs Pale Millet malt 

3lbs Corn Malt 

1.5lbs GF Malted Oats.

Enzymes: 

Ceremix 10ml

Ondea Pro 10ml

Hops:

Centennial

2oz @ 20

3oz @ 10 

Flame out

4oz @ 165° 20 min hop stand

Kviek yeast 

1oz @ 24 hrs

1oz @ 48 hrs

2oz after Cold Crash.

May be the best Beer I have made yet.

The haze seems quite stable, even after several days in the keg after racking it over. All the hot side hops were home grown whole cone hops. Which I ran out of so I used pellets for the dry hop. I am really happy with this beer. It honestly tastes like a commercially brewed beer…
